Join our Exams team as a Bank Exam Invigilator and play an important role in ensuring examinations are conducted fairly, securely and in line with awarding body regulations. This flexible role is ideal for organised and reliable individuals who enjoy working with young people and can remain calm and professional in a structured environment

As an Exam Invigilator, you will:
• Invigilate online and paper-based examinations in accordance with awarding body regulations and College procedures
• Supervise and support students before, during and after examinations, ensuring all examination conditions are maintained.
• Prepare and organise examination rooms, materials and equipment to ensure examinations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Work closely with the Examinations Team to maintain accurate records and promptly report any issues or irregularities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with students, staff and visitors.
• A reliable, organised and flexible approach, with the ability to remain calm and impartial while working in a structured examination environment.
• Good IT and administrative skills, including the ability to complete records and handle examination documentation accurately.
