B2B Sales Consultant (Commercial Finance)

Already successful in B2B sales? Bring your relationship-building skills into commercial finance.

We're looking for a consultative, relationship-focused salesperson with proven B2B sales experience to join our growing team as a Commercial Finance Broker.

Previous commercial finance or broking experience is not required. What is essential is experience selling to businesses, understanding their needs and building relationships with business owners, Managing Directors or senior decision-makers.

If you know how to ask the right questions, earn trust and manage a sale through to completion, we'll provide the training and support to help you apply those skills in commercial finance.

Your experience

We welcome applicants from a range of B2B sales backgrounds, including:

• Recruitment and staffing solutions.
• Business telecoms, IT and software sales.
• Commercial property.
• Business insurance and financial services.
• Equipment, asset and vehicle sales to businesses.
• Professional services and business consultancy.
• B2B account management and business development.

The role

You'll speak with UK business owners and senior decision-makers who are looking for funding, with leads provided .

Your responsibilities will include:

• Understanding each client's business, goals and funding needs.
• Taking a consultative approach to identifying suitable finance solutions.
• Building trust and developing long-term client relationships.
• Managing opportunities from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Following up consistently and maintaining an organised pipeline.
• Generating repeat business through excellent service and relationship management.

The client comes first. We take the time to understand what each business is trying to achieve and what funding solution genuinely fits. We're looking for people who share that approach.

What you'll need

• Proven B2B sales experience — essential.
• Experience dealing directly with business owners, Managing Directors or senior decision-makers.
• A track record of working towards and achieving sales targets.
• Strong questioning and listening skills, with the ability to uncover business needs.
• A consultative approach to selling and the confidence to guide commercial conversations.
• Strong organisation, pipeline management and consistent follow-up.
• The ambition to earn well while delivering excellent client outcomes.
• A willingness to learn a new industry and develop your expertise.

You don't need finance knowledge or an existing client base. You do need relevant B2B sales experience and evidence of the results you've delivered.
