In this role you will lead architecture for modern, secure Microsoft-based digital solutions, guiding delivery teams and engaging with stakeholders. You translate business goals into architecture decisions, trade-offs, and governance across product, security, data, and operations. You define target-state architectures and maintain usable artefacts, with a focus on resilient Azure solutions. You provide hands-on technical leadership, establish engineering standards, and support pre-sales and delivery assurance to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities
Lead discovery and stakeholder workshops to clarify outcomes, constraints and non-functional requirements
Translate requirements into architecture decisions, risks and assumptions for sign-off
Collaborate with product, security, data and operations teams to align direction and governance
Define target-state architecture and transition plan, covering integration and data flows
Produce architecture artefacts (C4 diagrams, ADRs, HLD/LLD, API contracts) for delivery teams
