Responsibilities
Manage sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions and transfer of equity for clients
Own and progress your own conveyancing files with minimal supervision
Communicate clearly with clients, agents and lenders; anticipate and resolve issues
Collaborate with heads of department and senior conveyancers to maintain high standards
Maintain organisation and quality under pressure in a process-driven environment
Key requirements
Qualified solicitor or legal executive (NQ+) with residential conveyancing experience
Comfortable managing own files
Confident in direct communication with clients, agents and lenders
