Finance Manager

Overview

As Finance Manager, you will assist the FC in delivering accurate UK financial and commercial reporting. You will oversee outsourced AP, statutory accounts, treasury, contract analysis and WIP reporting, intercompany recharging, and balance sheet reconciliations. You will maintain the SAP system, support internal and external audits, tax submissions, and provide board-level reporting. This role offers exposure to a large, complex engineering business with opportunities to shape financial processes and strategic performance from a hands-on, technical perspective.

Responsibilities

• Manage outsourced AP function
• Prepare statutory accounts and oversee treasury management
• Conduct contract analysis and WIP reporting with business partnering
• Coordinate intercompany recharging
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain SAP system
• Support internal and external audits
• Oversee tax submissions
• Deliver board-level reporting

Key requirements
