Financial Institution Financing Sales - VP

Overview

In this role you drive Financing solutions for financial institutions across the UK, MENA, and Switzerland, combining repo, money markets, and securitised/structured products. You will grow the financing client base, support London sales, and collaborate with global teams to optimise execution. You’ll market and price financing across vanilla and exotic products, while overseeing onboarding and compliance to maintain seamless client activity. This is a fast-paced, cross-functional role with a strong focus on risk-aware, client-centric execution.

Responsibilities

• Sell Financing products (Repo, Money Markets, securitised/structured financing) to FI clients
• Grow existing FI relationships and expand the financing client base
• Support London sales and collaborate with cross-geo teams
• Collaborate with eSales and Trading to optimise capability and risk appetite
• Onboard new FI clients in partnership with RM and Front Office Support
• Monitor and manage CDD/KYC/EMIR/MiFID expiries and requirements
• Execute trades via voice and electronic systems
• Provide feedback to improve ING’s tools and processes
• Coordinate with Client Solutions Group and Research to distribute content and ideas

Key requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Financing Products
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Bloomberg and Excel
• Ability to analyse the risks and financing needs of various financial institutions
• Experience with trade execution through voice/e-systems
