Responsibilities
Manage own caseload from instruction to resolution in clinical negligence matters
Draft witness statements and prepare pleadings
Review medical reports and instruct Counsel when needed
Collaborate with senior solicitors on complex claims
Support junior fee earners and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Contribute to high-value cases and client-facing work
Key requirements
Qualified solicitor with experience in clinical negligence
Strong organisation and time management skills, able to meet deadlines under pressure
Empathetic, client-focused with excellent communication
Ambitious, self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
