Overview
In this role you will drive practice and client management while mentoring staff and trainees. You will help shape the firm’s growth and succession plans, with a clear path toward partnership in the short to medium term. You’ll work with a diverse client portfolio including OMBs, Limited Companies, larger structures, and some audit clients, gaining broad technical exposure. This is a hands-on leadership position within a well-regarded firm that values responsibility, trust, and progression.
