Agile Coach

Overview

In this role, you will guide teams and leaders in adopting and maturing Agile practices, fostering an Agile mindset and driving continuous improvement. You will align Agile work with the organization’s goals and lead long-term transformation across business units. You’ll coach, enable collaboration, and remove impediments to boost team performance in a cross-functional environment. This is an opportunity to shape Agile culture at Barclays and contribute to scalable, sustainable change.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach teams and leaders on Agile principles, practices, and tools aligned to strategic needs
• Develop colleagues and promote an Agile mindset to drive cultural change
• Identify and remove impediments to Agile execution and foster collaboration and learning
• Use data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Collaborate with other Agile Coaches to share best practices and build a network of champions
• Own the Agile coaching strategy to improve maturity levels across the organization
