In this role you lead Older People’s Mental Health Services, guiding clinical excellence and operational delivery across a portfolio of teams. You’ll drive service improvement, work with partner organisations, and implement innovative clinical pathways to improve outcomes for patients and families. Responsibilities
Oversee delivery of Older People’s Mental Health Services within defined portfolio
Ensure delivery against quality standards and governance arrangements
Support continuous improvement and cost efficiency through system-wide planning
Lead clinical management and service development within the Trust's portfolio
Contribute to corporate planning cycles and service development opportunities
Provide responsible clinical leadership across defined areas within the Trust
Key requirements
Registered Mental Health Nurse with current professional registration
Significant management experience in mental health services at team leader/manager level
Post-graduate level education in a specialist area or equivalent experience
Experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams in mental health settings
Experience with staff performance management and service development/reconfiguration
Ability to take a lead in crisis situations in clinical areas
