• TUPE and outsourcing matters
• Corporate support for M&A transactions

Key requirements

• Experience in Employment Tribunal litigation
• Grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations issues
• TUPE and outsourcing projects
• Redundancy and restructuring exercises
• Employment support on corporate transactions
• Employment due diligence reports
• Drafting and negotiating warranties and indemnities
• Multi-jurisdictional employment projects
• Legal research and advisory work
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, handbooks, policies and procedures
• Client training and seminar delivery
