Digital Advisory Senior Consultant

Overview

In this Senior Consultant role within Netcompany’s Digital Transformation Advisory, you shape and mobilise transformation initiatives across business consulting, presales and early delivery. You engage clients at a business level, translate challenges into opportunities, and help craft roadmaps and cases that align with business objectives. You’ll work with platforms, data, AI and digital services to connect client needs to Netcompany’s capabilities. This is a hands-on role spanning advisory to execution with cross-functional collaboration and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: identify and prioritise business challenges with stakeholders; run workshops and analysis to align current state with future ambition
• Discovery & Analysis: support early discovery to articulate problems and transformation priorities
• Solution Shaping: convert requirements into transformation strategies balancing value, user needs and feasibility
• Transformation planning: assist in business cases, roadmaps and implementation plans
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with delivery teams, architects and SMEs to move from advisory to delivery
• Thought Leadership: contribute to best practices within the advisory and wider organization

Key requirements

• Experience in consulting or advisory roles focused on digital transformation, strategy or business change
• Ability to operate across both presales and delivery contexts
• Experience shaping early-stage opportunities, business cases or transformation roadmaps
• Experience in Transport and Logistics or Defence Manufacturing is advantageous but not essential
