Responsibilities

• Manage full commercial packages from inception to handover on fit-out projects
• Work on a variety of UK-based fit-out sites (shopfitting, hospitality, heritage)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to control budgets and timelines
• Travel to sites as needed from base in Antrim
• Support training and progression within the company

Key requirements

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Can-do attitude and strong team player
• Experience in fit-out is advantageous but not essential
• Willingness to travel to sites across the UK
