Responsibilities
Lead and support Programme Managers, Service Delivery Managers and delivery leaders to build a high-performing team.
Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture and support workforce planning and talent development.
Drive adoption of innovative technologies and continuous improvement across people, processes and delivery.
Build trusted customer and stakeholder relationships and identify opportunities for growth and bid activities.
Oversee delivery of programmes and managed services, monitoring performance, customer satisfaction, and financials while ensuring governance.
Promote strong forecasting, planning and reporting; collaborate with engineering, finance, PMO, security and people teams.
Encourage knowledge sharing and development of new delivery approaches and capabilities.
Support risk management and problem solving across the portfolio.
Key requirements
Experience leading portfolios, programmes or large-scale services
Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
Ability to balance people, delivery, commercial and operational priorities
Experience managing risk, governance and financial performance
Collaborative leadership style with a focus on developing others
