Responsibilities

• Manage a private criminal caseload including advisory work, police station representation, Magistrates' Court advocacy and Crown Court litigation
• Build and maintain client relationships to generate private work
• Develop referral networks and contribute to strategic growth of the private criminal practice
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the service offering and client experience

Key requirements

• 5+ PQE in Criminal Defence or Private Crime practice
• Proven track record in generating private work and delivering client care
• Commercially minded with ability to BD and network
• Experience in regulatory crime, fraud or complex investigations advantageous
