In this role you will lead end-to-end procurement across indirect service categories, influencing strategic and operational spend. You will partner with HR, Finance and operations to drive cost savings, supplier performance, and risk mitigation. The position blends strategic sourcing with hands-on negotiation to deliver value for apetito’s care-sector portfolio. You’ll travel to UK suppliers and collaborate with a cross-functional team to support sustainable, responsible procurement aligned with our mission.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end procurement activity from strategy development to contract award
Deliver cost savings, value improvements and risk mitigation across the portfolio
Partner with HR, Finance and operational stakeholders to support business priorities
Manage key supplier relationships, driving performance and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts and regulatory requirements
Monitor market trends (energy and travel) to inform sourcing decisions
Key requirements
Proven experience in a procurement role, ideally in service categories
Influential negotiator capable of engaging key stakeholders
Analytical with ability to measure and report meaningful data
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Resilient, able to work at pace and meet deadlines
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects
