In this remote UK role, you will lead end-to-end EPM and finance transformation initiatives for a growing consultancy. You will own planning, delivery milestones, budgets, and governance, ensuring projects are on time and within scope. As the primary client contact, you’ll collaborate with Finance, IT and senior stakeholders to drive adoption and value realization. You will shape delivery approaches and steer projects from initiation to go-live and handover, contributing to continuous improvement in delivery methodologies.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of EPM and finance transformation projects from planning through go-live
Manage project plans, budgets, resource allocation, milestones and governance
Own RAID logs, status reporting, stakeholder communications and steering committee updates
Build relationships with Finance, IT and executive stakeholders and manage expectations
Monitor project scope, changes, risks, and commercials; coordinate resources
Drive issue resolution, quality assurance, sign-off and go-live readiness
Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies
Key requirements
Proven experience delivering finance systems, EPM, CPM or FP&A projects
Strong understanding of finance transformation programmes and project delivery methodologies
Experience with EPM platforms (Tagetik, OneStream, Anaplan, Board, Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle EPM, IBM Planning Analytics or similar)
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets and resources in a consulting environment
