Contracts Manager

Overview

In this role you will manage commercial flooring and internal finishing projects, primarily in Leicester with some nationwide travel on larger schemes. You will own projects from handover through to completion, coordinating materials, supervising quality and safety, and resolving client issues to keep programmes on track. The position offers leadership responsibilities within a growing contractor and a clear path toward senior leadership, supported by training and progression opportunities. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality finishes on diverse projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing commercial flooring and internal finishing projects
• Ordering materials from measurements and coordinating deliveries to site
• Snagging, quality checks and overseeing health & safety on site
• Liaising with clients to resolve issues and ensure smooth handover

Key requirements

• Contracts Manager / Site Manager / Project Manager experience with team leadership
• Background in internals / finishing / decorating or commercial flooring
• Full UK driving licence & CSCS
