M&E Account Manager

Overview

As M&E Account Manager, you lead a team of engineers on a trophy London site, driving delivery of maintenance and project work to meet KPIs and SLAs. You own the account P&L, manage WIPs, and shape extra works and growth opportunities within the client’s facility management framework. You collaborate across internal teams and the client to ensure compliance and high service standards. This role combines people leadership with strategic account management in a complex, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance per the client’s CAFM system and maintenance strategy
• Analyse PPM schedules and asset data to identify efficiency gains, cost savings, and growth opportunities
• Ensure full compliance across all FM operations on the account
• Coordinate statutory inspections with internal teams and client
• Conduct internal audits per company policies and standards
• Provide subcontractor management across the FM service delivery
• Investigate service failures and implement corrective actions
• Maintain service levels aligned with SLAs and KPIs
• Hold accountability for the account’s profit and loss (P&L)
• Scope out extra works and projects and manage WIPs and client expectations

Key requirements

• Qualified in electrical installations/engineering or mechanical related subject (C&G/NVQ/EAL or equivalent)
• At least 3 years’ experience as a manager within commercial building services
