Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate roofing crews and manpower
• Monitor, approve, and track labour hours
• Communicate daily with crews, management, general contractors, consultants, and subcontractors
• Review blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Attend project meetings (handoff, pre-start, site)
• Conduct site visits and resolve on-site challenges
• Ensure safety requirements, field reports, and site documentation are up to date
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and site logistics
• Manage productivity, project execution, and contractual performance
• Coach and mentor field crews

Key requirements

• 3-5+ years of commercial roofing experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Valid G driver's license
• Valid Working at Heights certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
