Business Systems Analyst - AI adoption

Overview

In this role you will drive AI-enabled and innovative technology solutions that deliver real business value. You will work closely with business and technology teams to identify opportunities, streamline processes and implement changes at scale. You’ll embed security, privacy and governance as you support technology delivery across the organisation. This is a hybrid role based in Hampshire, with three days per week in the office, offering the chance to shape how technology unlocks efficiency and cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement AI and innovative technology solutions
• Drive process improvements, efficiencies and cost savings
• Embed security, privacy and governance while supporting technology teams

Key requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst in finance or professional services
• Experience in business solutions, technology change or systems implementation, with exposure to AI, automation, APIs or innovative technology
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills; proactive, collaborative and able to work independently
