In this Delivery Manager role, you lead engineering teams in a fast-paced wastewater environment to deliver safe, reliable and effective performance. You provide technical leadership grounded in mechanical and/or electrical expertise, while coaching and developing others. You’ll collaborate with operations and key stakeholders to balance priorities and drive improvements. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and operations within a supportive, mission-driven culture. You will help shape safer, more efficient asset performance in a large-scale utility setting.
