As Principal Pricing Analyst, you drive price optimisation for Allianz UK’s Broker Home products. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement price optimisation within Broker Home products
• Plan, lead and deliver pricing projects with stakeholder communication
• Act as pricing subject matter expert and consultant to pricing teams
• Provide training and mentoring to upskill colleagues
• Collaborate across pricing and broader teams to advance pricing strategy

Key requirements

• Experience in an insurance pricing role with predictive modelling (WTW Emblem, WTW Radar, or Python)
• Proficiency with data pipelines and analysis tools (Databricks, SQL, PySpark)
• Ability to review and sign off data pipelines, models, and analyses; maintain pricing processes
• Knowledge of price optimisation and UK regulatory environment
• Strong modelling knowledge (GLMs, GBMs) and application of ML to pricing
• Experience with Willis Towers Watson Radar or equivalent software
• MS Office proficiency
• Stakeholder management and project leadership experience
• Desire to share knowledge through training and mentoring
• Understanding factors affecting insurance pricing and customer lifetime value
