Business Development Manager

Job description:

Frontline Sales Consultancy is looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Person to join our growing sales team.

This is a development role designed for someone who wants to build a genuine career in B2B sales. You'll initially focus on prospecting, speaking with decision-makers and generating qualified sales opportunities before progressing into conducting your own sales meetings and closing new business.

You'll receive ongoing training, coaching and support from an experienced sales team, with a structured development programme designed to progress you into a full-cycle Business Development Manager.

The Role

You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities for FLSC through proactive outbound sales activity.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting and identifying potential new clients.
• Making outbound calls to business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Building rapport and understanding prospective clients' current sales challenges.
• Qualifying opportunities against agreed criteria.
• Booking qualified sales meetings.
• Following up prospects through telephone and email.
• Building and managing your own sales pipeline.
• Accurately maintaining activity and opportunities within HubSpot.
• Working towards daily, weekly and monthly sales KPIs.
• Developing your understanding of the full B2B sales cycle.
• Progressing into conducting your own sales meetings.
• Presenting FLSC's services to prospective clients.
• Negotiating and closing new business.
• Managing client relationships as you progress within the role.

Salary & Commission

£27,000 – £30,000 basic salary, depending on experience.

You'll also have access to an uncapped commission structure, rewarding you for generating qualified opportunities and progressing into closing your own business.

Commission increases based on the size and length of the agreement secured, with additional accelerators available for strong monthly performance.
