Overview

As Global Product Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of Global Product Management, translating approved decisions into product and packaging implementations. You will collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Dairies, Packaging, Procurement, QEHS, and Master Data teams to drive end-to-end product lifecycles. You’ll manage launches, packaging updates, and lifecycle activities, ensuring timely, accurate delivery. This role offers impact across UK markets and manufacturing sites, with a focus on data quality, risk management, and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product launches, packaging changes, assortment updates, and lifecycle activities to meet milestones and timelines
• Support cross-functional projects (NPD, transfers, volume shifts, contingencies) with stakeholder alignment
• Oversee artwork and packaging implementation, coordinating printers, suppliers, dairies, and packaging partners
• Act as operational gatekeeper for product/packaging implementation, validating information and feasibility
• Foster strong relationships across Commercial, Supply Chain, Planning, Packaging, Procurement, QEHS, and Global Product Administration
• Support master data governance and ensure accurate end-to-end delivery
