Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Practice Eminence: shape the EFA practice direction, drive growth and relevance
• Team Leadership & Talent Development: lead and mentor diverse teams, foster an inclusive, cohesive culture
• Innovation & Operational Excellence: guide adoption of firm systems and create reusable financial models
• Stakeholder Engagement & Commercial Acumen: build relationships with senior stakeholders, identify opportunities to improve profitability and mitigate risks

Key requirements

• Senior leadership experience in Financial Advisory or related professional services
• Proven track record delivering complex financials on major projects
• Experience leading onshore and offshore teams with direct and indirect reports
• Strong strategic planning, execution, and stakeholder influence
• Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision making
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with stakeholders at all levels
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical tools proficiency, focus on robust reusable solutions
• Commercial acumen and ability to capitalize on new business opportunities
• Commitment to inclusive culture, integrity and ethics
• Experience in risk management and regulatory compliance including IFRS 15
