AVP - Digital Workflow, Automation & AI

Overview

In this Strategic Operations role at Citco, you shape automation and digital workflow solutions within Pod C to reduce manual work and improve adoption. You’ll partner with Operations, IT and Transformation Office to design, test and deploy end-to-end processes that scale across regions. The position centers on turning process insights into automated, measurable improvements and sustained business value. This is a hands-on transformation role with a clear impact on operational efficiency and client delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build automation and digital workflow solutions
• Map processes in detail and quantify manual effort
• Design target workflows with exception handling and controls
• Draft requirements and documentation for IT and Transformation Office
• Build and execute test scripts, conduct UAT and manage defects
• Support deployment including user guidance and training material
• Track usage and benefits post go-live and address underutilization
• Maintain project documentation, trackers and reporting

Key requirements

• 4+ years in private assets accounting or operations
• Solid knowledge of private assets processes and manual steps
• Exposure to automation tooling, workflow design or testing, with a willingness to grow in that direction
• Ability to challenge unnecessary manual steps and advocate better approaches
• Strong analytical skills to interrogate data and support recommendations
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work streams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting, workflow or automation tooling is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics; professional designation is advantageous
