Marketing and Communication Executive

Overview

In this role you will support the UK market by delivering a dynamic PR and marketing strategy across editorial PR, media planning, events, and CRM. You’ll work with Maison HQ and local agencies to raise brand visibility and drive commercial success, combining press relations, advertising, and client engagement. You will manage giftings, launches, and partnerships, ensuring quality communications and adherence to Richemont standards. This is an opportunity to shape luxury storytelling and scale brand impact in a key market.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate UK PR and editorial opportunities with agencies, including logistics and sample movement
• Oversee UK press gifting strategy and press trips aligned with brand guidelines
• Manage UK press coverage archive and campaign materials
• Coordinate UK advertising plan with HQ/PR agencies and ensure print/digital alignment
• Utilise ROI reporting to HQ for advertising, editorial, and digital campaigns
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Boutique Managers on client data capture and segmentation for events and product announcements
• Support celebrity dressing opportunities while ensuring compliance and proper product credits
• Assist in local partnerships and events to engage existing and prospective clients
• Oversee Harrods marketing activations from proposal to execution and maintain relations with Harrods media
• Coordinate A&P budget allocations and monthly spend reviews; manage invoicing and billing processes

Key requirements

• Experience in luxury retail, fine jewellery, luxury communications, or UK agency environments (desirable)
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Analytical capability with media monitoring and ROI tracking
• Proactive, detail-oriented, discreet, with passion for luxury craftsmanship and brand storytelling
