Senior Advisory Consultant

Overview

In this role you will provide strategic advisory to multinational clients on people strategy and global rewards, shaping solutions for cross-border workforce challenges. You will manage client relationships and lead large, global projects, translating trends and legislation into actionable guidance. The role blends research, intellectual capital development, and hands-on project leadership within a diverse, international team. You will engage with clients at senior levels and help grow Marsh’s multinational advisory footprint.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead sales opportunities to grow the business
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships for high satisfaction
• Translate complex client issues into Marsh positions on trends and regulation
• Contribute specialist research and develop intellectual capital
• Lead large-scale global consulting projects for multinationals and guide project teams
• Deliver reward/global benefit strategies including wellbeing and benefit design
• Oversee reward digitization initiatives and AI leverage
• Assess ROI and link to engagement and productivity
• Share knowledge to develop team members
• Represent Marsh at industry events and via social channels

Key requirements

• International retirement/benefits/reward/people strategy experience
• Extensive multinational environment experience
• Strong analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders
