Responsibilities

• Manage motor injury claims from initial issue through resolution
• Develop and apply litigation strategy, including negotiation and settlement
• Oversee case progression and file management
• Provide high-quality client handling and communication
• Collaborate with insurers, third-party organisations, and internal teams
• Support junior team members and contribute to case strategy discussions

Key requirements

• 0–2 years' litigation experience
• Exposure to motor injury or recovery work (claimant or defendant)
• Strong client-handling and case management skills
