Mechanical Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead mechanical project delivery from design to commissioning for large-scale commercial and residential schemes in London. You will align scope, programme, budget and quality with project objectives and coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams. You’ll assess MEP designs, manage procurement and subcontractors, and monitor risks with a strong focus on health and safety. This is a fast-track role with a trajectory toward senior project management, offering impact across project lifecycle in a Tier 1 contractor setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP project delivery from design through commissioning, close-out and handover
• Ensure works meet scope, programme, budget and quality objectives
• Assess MEP designs and submissions against specs and standards
• Manage procurement and supplier/subcontractor performance and coordination with clients/consultants
• Track progress, mitigate risks and delays, uphold health & safety standards

Key requirements

• Relevant Project Management qualifications
• 3+ years of Project Management experience
