Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion
• Handle Freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and new build/plot sales
• Perform title checks, reporting and drafting documentation
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other professionals
• Supervise junior lawyers and support staff as required
• Support a collaborative and ambitious team culture
• Maintain high professional standards, compliance and time recording

Key requirements

• 4+ years' PQE in residential property and land law
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a full caseload independently
• Excellent drafting, communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Motivation, organisation and a proactive mindset
• Experience supervising junior team members (desirable)
• Ability to network and contribute to business development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal IT systems
