Overview

In this role you will design and implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions, guiding customers and teams through cloud adoption and lifecycle delivery. You will partner with Solution Architects to ensure technical delivery aligns with design and customer needs. You’ll deepen product knowledge to deliver optimal outcomes and gather requirements directly from clients. This position sits in consulting, with a focus on driving transformation using Dynamics and related technologies. Responsibilities

• Plan, design, estimate, and implement Dynamics solutions following established patterns and best practices
• Drive cloud solution adoption and provide technical guidance to team members
• Collaborate with Technical Leads and Solution Architects to align delivery with design
• Continuously develop product and technology knowledge to serve customers effectively
• Engage with customers to elicit and refine requirements
• Manage solutions through the application lifecycle

Key requirements

• Proven experience delivering solutions on Microsoft Dynamics platform (D365 CE/Power Platform) and ALM strategies
• Experience with Dynamics migrations and upgrades
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft stack (.NET, JavaScript, ASP.NET, MVC, C# .NET for Plugins and custom workflows; .NET integrations)
• Experience with Dynamics 365 workflows (internal and Power Automate)
• Solid understanding of SQL Server and SSIS and/or KingswaySoft
• Experience developing Dynamics 365 applications (Customer Engagement, Sales, Customer Service)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in DevOps teams
• Active Security Clearance or eligibility is required
