Senior Project Executive-Qualitative team

Overview

In this hands-on project management role within Ipsos Understanding Unlimited, you will orchestrate end-to-end qualitative projects for clients across sectors, from scoping to delivery. You’ll work with researchers, suppliers and clients, designing studies, shaping screeners, and managing budgets. You will drive on-time delivery, financial tracking, and process improvements in a fast-paced, collaborative team. This role offers impact across international projects and opportunities to deepen PM expertise in qualitative research.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end from scope to delivery
• Create budgets and project plans
• Coordinate suppliers, recruitment and delivery
• Contribute to project design and advise on screeners and respondent profiles
• Negotiate supplier costs and monitor project finances
• Identify efficiencies and share learnings to improve ways of working

Key requirements

• At least two years' qualitative project management experience or related field in market research recruitment
• Strong understanding of the full market research project lifecycle
• Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities
• Confident written and verbal communication
• Experience managing budgets and project finances
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficiency in AI use and adoption to enhance tasks
