Overview

As Platform Owner for Identity Governance & Administration, you lead the strategy, roadmaps, and delivery of Kingfisher’s IDG&A capabilities. You guide engineering for the governance platform, oversee modernization of Microsoft Identity Manager, and plan migrations to a future platform. You will collaborate with Identity Design and Architecture to keep identity services secure, resilient, and scalable. This role blends technical leadership with cross-functional influence in a hybrid-ready setup.

Responsibilities

• Shape the technical roadmap for Identity Governance & Administration services with Identity Design and Architecture
• Lead engineering delivery for the Identity Governance platform, handling complex escalations and architectural direction
• Oversee the ongoing development and operations of Microsoft Identity Manager including synchronisation, workflows, and identity integrations
• Plan and execute migration strategies from Microsoft Identity Manager to a future platform
• Provide technical leadership across identity lifecycle management, access governance, and entitlement management
• Improve platform through automation, standardisation, and debt reduction while preserving security, resilience, and performance
• Prioritise work and manage stakeholder expectations across engineers, suppliers, and managed service partners

Key requirements

• Hands-on experience with Identity Governance & Administration platforms and services
• Practical experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and related components
• Experience shaping technical roadmaps and leading platform modernization or migration
• Technical knowledge of PowerShell, APIs, workflows, connectors, and automation
• Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management, with clear communication and prioritisation
