Warranty Audit Consultant

Overview

In this role you will conduct in-depth reviews of dealer warranty operations across the UK to ensure accurate claims and compliance with warranty procedures. You will travel extensively, performing on-site audits and delivering clear reports to stakeholders. Your work supports an automotive client by identifying risks and driving improvements in claim practices and process adherence. This is a hands-on role that combines field audits with analytic reporting to strengthen warranty performance and dealer standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze dealer historical warranty cost performance
• Conduct on-site warranty audits within the UK dealer network
• Man​ual review of selected paid claims and supporting documentation
• Advise dealers on warranty processes and compliance with manufacturer policies
• Prepare detailed on-site reports and close meeting presentations

Key requirements

• Minimum five years’ warranty experience or three years of technical/workshop experience with strong Aftersales knowledge
• In-depth knowledge of the motor industry
• Ability to liaise with all levels within the dealer network
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage own workload and travel extensively
• PC literacy

• Pro‑active team player with a proactive approach
• Strong business acumen and detail orientation
• Excellent interpersonal and numerical skills
• Knowledge of warranty policy and procedures
• Understanding of workshops’ processes
• Ability to interpret dealer documentation and claims
