Responsibilities
Advise on litigation in the Technology & Construction Court (TCC)
Manage arbitrations, adjudications, and other ADR processes
Oversee multi-party, high-value disputes (delay, disruption, defects, professional negligence)
Provide strategic dispute avoidance and risk guidance
Act as a key client contact and build long-term relationships
Supervise and mentor junior lawyers
Collaborate with broader disputes, real estate and construction teams
Key requirements
3-6 years' PQE in construction disputes (ideally from a leading firm)
Strong experience in litigation, arbitration or adjudication
Working knowledge of TCC procedures and standard form contracts (e.g. NEC, FIDIC)
Exposure to complex, high-value construction disputes
Excellent client-facing skills and commercial awareness
Proactive mindset with an interest in mentoring and team development
