Overview

In this role you will handle a broad private client caseload within a well-regarded multi-office firm in the Southwest, focusing on high‑quality wills, probate and related matters. You will work closely with a collegial team to deliver clear, client‑centered guidance and strong outcomes. Responsibilities

• Manage a broad caseload of private client matters (wills, probate, LPAs, Court of Protection, deputyships, trusts and estates administration)
• Provide sensitive, clear, and practical guidance to clients to deliver optimal outcomes
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a collegiate firm
• Contribute to maintaining high-quality private client work and client relationships

Key requirements

• ≥3 years PQE in private client law
• IT literate and comfortable with technology
• strong communication skills and ability to listen to client needs
• ability to work independently and manage diverse matters
• experience handling Wills, Probate, LPAs, Court of Protection, Deputyships, Trusts and Estates administration
