Sr Program Manager, Regulatory Compliance

Overview

In this role, you will help Oracle build and maintain a robust regulatory compliance program for financial services as a service provider. You will work with the Financial Services Legal team and business groups to coordinate processes, track regulatory developments, and support cross-functional initiatives. You’ll create and deliver training, update materials, and drive knowledge management to enable compliant growth. This is a fast-paced role with a strong impact on risk management and Oracle’s regulatory posture. You will influence how the organization translates regulatory requirements into practical actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage processes and tools to support program goals
• Ensure deliverables are accurate, timely and relevant
• Monitor and track relevant regulatory requirements, compliance strategies, implementation initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with security, business practices and operations to progress program goals
• Support onboarding, training and group activities of the team
• Assist with team updates and preparation of presentation and training materials
• Drive knowledge management and sharing activities

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
• Outstanding project management and communication skills
• Systems implementation and tooling skills
• Fluency with common MS Office applications and AI tools
• Professional demeanor; confident and innovative
• Organized, detail-oriented, and strong time management skills
