Responsibilities

• Define the implementation strategy for productivity improvements to protect the customer journey
• Create timely, clear site communications plans for all stakeholders
• Align implementation schedules to minimise site disruption
• Build relationships with Senior Managers during rollouts
• Update progress tracking reports and communicate status to senior stakeholders
• Monitor and address issues or risks affecting project delivery
• Develop implementation plans and deliver benefits within agreed time and cost
• Obtain approval from productivity managers for briefs, training plans, and 'what good looks like' documents
• Contribute to Productivity Planning Sessions to support target achievement

Key requirements

• Significant retail or Logistics experience
• Strong understanding of retail and site operations
• Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple sites
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Understanding of financial, payroll, and commercial impact
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
