In this role you will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload within a reputable UK Top 100 firm. You will work as part of the Exeter Residential Property team, handling instruction-to-completion matters and post-completion steps. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion and post-completion
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, buy-to-let, and new build transactions
• Manage first registrations and high-value/complex property matters
• Navigate transactions involving country homes, estates, and bespoke arrangements
• Develop and maintain client relationships and provide high-quality client service

Key requirements

• Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers
• 3+ years PQE (approx.)
• Strong residential conveyancing experience with ability to manage files independently
• Experience handling transactions from instruction to completion
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience
