Overview

You will engineer and scale agentic AI capabilities within Kinaxis’s enterprise platform to transform supply chain planning. You’ll work across applied research, product innovation, and customer impact to translate complex enterprise domains into reusable platform capabilities. You’ll shape graph- and knowledge-driven data architectures that connect planning data with ERP, WMS, and partner ecosystems, enabling smarter decisions at scale. Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in agentic AI, knowledge graph, semantic, and data modeling architecture
• Design platform-level tooling to connect planning data with enterprise systems (e.g., warehouse management, inventory, Salesforce)
• Define data, graph, and integration architecture including ingestion, transformation, mapping, entity resolution, schema alignment, validation, and update patterns
• Contribute to architecture decisions across platform, graph, data modeling, AI integration, and agentic workflows
• Mentor teammates and foster a culture of structured thinking and product-oriented innovation
• Define quality architecture for agentic systems with evaluators, constraints, and guardrails

Key requirements

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, AI or related field
• Experience in enterprise software architecture, applied AI, data modeling, knowledge graph or semantic systems, or supply chain technology
• Hands-on experience designing platform-level software and developer tooling
• Strong data modeling, semantic modeling, ontology, knowledge graph experience
• Ability to define reusable architecture patterns, governance, and lifecycle management across domains
• Experience translating emerging AI/semantic techniques into practical product solutions
• Architect large-scale graph, semantic, and data platforms integrating planning and enterprise systems
• Hands-on agentic AI development experience and GitHub-native engineering practices
