Overview

Chadwick Nott seeks an Employment Solicitor/Associate for its growing Business Services team in Basingstoke. You will advise on all aspects of employment law for both employers and individuals, manage tribunal litigation, and draft contracts and policies. You’ll also deliver client training and have opportunities to lead marketing and business development. The role sits in a supportive, collaborative team with clear progression paths and a focus on delivering excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the full spectrum of employment law for employers and individuals
• Manage tribunal litigation and related disputes
• Draft employment contracts and policies
• Deliver client training and knowledge transfer
• Lead or contribute to marketing and business development initiatives
• Collaborate within a busy employment practice to support client service
• Support career progression and professional development within the team
