In this role you drive the commercial management of contracts across the full lifecycle for Sizewell C and other nuclear projects. You will shape procurement, contract performance, governance, and supplier relationships in a highly regulated environment. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, high-quality, on-time outcomes while supporting net-zero and energy security goals. Responsibilities
Manage commercial aspects of contracts from pre-award to close-out
Support procurement activities including ITTs, tender evaluations, negotiations, and contract award
Administer NEC/FIDIC contracts including change control, claims, risks, and reporting
Build and maintain supplier, contractor, and stakeholder relationships
Ensure compliance with SZC governance processes and business objectives
Produce commercial dashboards, reports, and contract records
Support and develop Supply Chain Assistants
Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Project Controls, and Delivery teams
Key requirements
Strong commercial and contract management experience on major projects
Knowledge of NEC and FIDIC contracts
Experience with procurement, negotiation, contract administration, claims, and risk management
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Sound financial and commercial decision-making capability
Understanding of UK regulatory and construction environments
Experience in regulated sectors such as nuclear, energy, infrastructure, or construction (desirable)
