Overview

Senior Investment Director role focused on originating and executing opportunities to grow a UK real estate portfolio. You will work closely with the CEO in a lean, entrepreneurial setting, with substantial autonomy and direct exposure to investment decisions. You manage the full lifecycle from origination to completion, sourcing both marketed and off-market deals. The mandate covers offices, retail, industrial, logistics and related value-add projects, with a strong emphasis on deal-making and commercial judgment. Responsibilities

Originate and assess new investment opportunities across a broad asset class mix
Underwrite, negotiate, conduct due diligence and close transactions
Build and maintain relationships with agents, owners, developers, advisers and market participants
Access both marketed and off-market opportunities and manage full investment lifecycle
Present clear investment recommendations and manage risk/return trade-offs
Work directly with senior decision-makers and contribute to investment decisions
Drive deal-flow generation rather than just managing an existing pipeline
Support portfolio growth through value-add and repositioning opportunities

Key requirements

Proven track record of originating and completing real estate transactions
Strong UK real estate investment network, especially with agents and deal sources
Excellent commercial judgment and ability to quickly identify opportunities
Strong financial modelling, underwriting and analytical skills
Experience in development, redevelopment, repositioning or value-add investments
Experience in offices and/or retail CRE
Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
Autonomy and entrepreneurial approach with ability to operate independently
