Overview

In this role you will drive business analysis across Finance and HR to turn complex problems into delivery-ready outcomes, collaborating with senior stakeholders and technology teams in a fast-paced financial services environment. Based in Edinburgh, you’ll join the Corporate Tribe to support change across corporate functions. You will shape requirements, facilitate workshops, and support delivery readiness, helping navigate risks, data concerns and third-party dependencies. This is an opportunity to deepen your BA expertise while contributing to strategic transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis activities from discovery through to delivery support
Elicit, analyse and document requirements, business rules, acceptance criteria and operating model considerations
Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to drive clarity on priorities, decisions, risks and dependencies
Assess impacts across Finance, HR, Technology, Data, Risk, Procurement and third-party providers
Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, governance activities and delivery readiness
Ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are clear, prioritised, testable and aligned to business outcomes

Key requirements

Experience leading business analysis from discovery to documented requirements, process impacts, acceptance criteria and delivery support
Direct experience leading BA on at least one substantive change initiative within a corporate Finance or HR function
Ability to explain the business problem, analysis performed, processes affected and resulting delivery or outcome clearly
