In this role, you support the Technical / Quality function to ensure food safety compliance and smooth production. You’ll monitor and audit processes, communicate and close out non-conformities, and investigate food safety incidents using root-cause analysis. You’ll back site management during external accreditations and help launches of new product lines. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that values teamwork and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Monitor, control and audit the production process
Communicate and close out conformity and non-conformity issues
Investigate food safety incidents using root cause analysis
Support external accreditations such as BRC and Morrisons manufacturing standards
Support site management during launches of new product lines
Key requirements
Food experience in a technical or similar role
A HACCP qualification or a food safety qualification (ideally)
Good PC skills (especially Google)
The confidence to challenge with a proactive and 'can do' attitude
