In this role you enable a seamless, relationship-led client journey for mid-corporate banking clients. You partner with Relationship Directors and product teams to tailor solutions, oversee onboarding and activation, and coordinate end-to-end service delivery across operations, KYC, and legal. You’ll build strong client relationships, manage escalations, and support migration to Investec platforms, contributing to a distinctive, client-centric banking proposition. Responsibilities
Partner with Relationship Directors and Product teams to present and deliver the client service proposition
Understand client operational banking needs and contribute to tailored solutions
Create onboarding, activation and migration plans for client transitions
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding with Operations, KYC, Product and Legal
Lead client welcome calls and maintain proactive implementation communication
Support migration of transaction banking accounts and payment data to Investec platforms
Manage service-related queries and complex escalations to resolution
Conduct service reviews and coordinate account closures or transitions as needed
Key requirements
Experience in a client service, client relationship or service management role
Strong understanding of corporate banking clients and corporate banking products
Ability to navigate banking systems and work across operational teams
Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple functions to deliver positive client outcomes
Strong communication skills with credibility and trust with clients and colleagues
Excellent organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical thinking and ability to manage complex situations
Learning agility, curiosity and interest in technology such as AI and CRM tools
