Overview

Responsibilities

• handle high-value corporate matters across M&A, venture capital, private equity, cross-border deals, joint ventures and restructurings
• support partners on complex transactions and client mandates
• develop and manage client relationships aligned with commercial objectives
• contribute to the team’s growth and maintain high-quality, practical legal advice
• work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with hybrid working
• engage in community, environmental and inclusion initiatives

Key requirements

• 3-4 PQE
• trained with a strong regional or City firm
• solid experience in mergers, acquisitions, venture capital and private equity
• strong technical ability and attention to detail
• confident managing client relationships and commercial objectives
