Responsibilities
Develop long-term partnerships with dairy farmers and farm businesses
Conduct regular reviews to maximise value from products and services
Analyse farm and herd performance data to provide practical recommendations
Help customers improve productivity and profitability
Grow existing accounts and win new business opportunities
Promote a broad portfolio of feed, herd health, milk recording, genomic and consultancy solutions
Create integrated solutions meeting customer needs and delivering measurable results
Collaborate with colleagues across multiple businesses to optimise customer outcomes
Represent the business at farm walks, industry events, customer meetings and agricultural forums
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate CRM records
Monitor territory performance and identify growth opportunities
Turn data and market intelligence into commercial opportunities
Key requirements
Agricultural sales or account management experience
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
